PACKING:
The product will be delivered in bulk cargo.
ORIGIN:
RUSSIA / UKRAINE / CIS COUNTRIES / AFRICA / USA seller's option according with the availability.
PRICE:
The rates are CIF or CNF. The sale price mainly depends on the exact financial instrument offered, total quantity covered and the discharge rate at the unloading port. We are able to inform the sale price once these details are submitted to us.
QUANTITY:
30,000 MT +/- 5 % minimum per month.
PAYMENT TERMS:
The payment should be: Irrevocable, transferable, FFDLC / DRLC / SBLC / BG issued or confirmed by a prime bank and to be approved by seller� bank.
The prices are for 30.000 mt monthly and 60.000 mt. The prices can not be reduced for bigger amounts. We need LOI and BCL. In the LOI it is absolute necessary to write the payment terms. Without the acceptance of the payment terms the buyer can not get a FCO or a contract. PGB is 2%. The contract should sign on a table meeting, yard visit and visit at loading port is allowed.
The payment terms with wire transfer are different from the normal payment terms. But the security is the same like payment with normal DL/C. We can give the draft contract to the buyer.
A) 30.000mt x 12 HMS 1&2 205 USD/
Price US$ per MT for payment with wire transfer, after handing over the payment documents within 7 days, and provision of a bank guarantee (BG) in the amount of 3 monthly deliveries.
B) 30.000mt x 12 HMS 1&2 218 USD
Price US$ per MT for payment with wire transfer, after handing over the payment documents within 7 days, and provision of a bank guarantee (BG) in the amount of 2 monthly deliveries.
C) 30.000mt x 12 HMS 1&2 264 USD/
Price US$ per MT at payment over an irrevocable, confirmed, transferable, revolving letter of credit (DL/C)
D) 30.000mt x 12 HMS 1&2 272 USD/
Price US$ per MT at payment over an irrevocable, confirmed, non transferable, revolving letter of credit (DL/C)
Minimum amount of BG, SBLC or trust account is 10 Mill. USD.
